How Our Foam Signs Are Made?

Each logo is custom designed. After that, they are professionally handcrafted from thick EVA foam into the final product. EVA foam is Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate, an elastomeric polymer that produces materials that are "rubber-like" in softness and flexibility. The material has good clarity and gloss, low-temperature toughness, is resistant to stress cracks, has hot-melt adhesive waterproof properties, and is resistant to UV radiation.
